Since the start of 2024, our team has been studying, participating in, and demonstrating expertise in progressive construction solutions and architectural computer-aided design.

Into 2024 – A Recap of Activities Through April
Talking about our journey through different events, let’s explore the many events and expos our team has been aligned with since 2024 began. Gsource has benefited from these expos in terms of experiences gained, people met, ideas and inventions shared, and viewpoints on the sector understood from various angles. Let us get started with them one by one.
Experiences from The New York Build Expo
The New York Build Expo, which expanded by 36% this year, held at the Javits Center in New York, was a remarkable event held on February 13th & 14th. With a stage just for digital construction companies, it drew more than 400 exhibitors and industry insiders. Prominent speakers addressed everything from digital solutions for a better planet to sustainable design.
Gsource Technologies was one of the exhibitors displaying BIM, VDC, LiDAR Data Processing, and Steel Detailing at Booth No. 573. Hopefully, the Expo in March 2025 of the following year promises to be a great opportunity for networking with over 500 speakers!
Highlighting GeoCongress Exploration
Participating in the ASCE Geo-Institute Event, GeoCongress 2024, in Vancouver, Canada, was a pleasure. We were on hand as exhibitors from February 25 to 28 at Booth No. 213 to highlight our BIM, structural design, 3D modeling, architectural visualization, land development, civil engineering, urban engineering, house construction, road networks, and utility management services. Important networking possibilities with business executives and updates on the most recent infrastructure developments were given out at the event.
NY Food and Restaurant Show Culinary Insights
Gsource Technologies demonstrated its skills in branding, signage, architecture, and BIM as exhibitors at the NY Food and Restaurant Show, which took place on March 3rd and 4th at Booth No. 2121 in the Javits Center in New York. With 10,000+ eateries and food service suppliers present, the expo gave attendees a peek at the newest designs, menu trends, and business education.
It was an excellent networking opportunity with more than 500 major industry vendors. Our participation demonstrated our dedication to transforming the culinary scene with cutting-edge design solutions.
Highlighting Innovations at the SPECS Exhibition
SPECS Show, is a well-known convention for veterans in in-store planning and facilities. The event was held in Grapevine, Texas, between March 10 and 12. As we displayed our services in Architecture & BIM, Scan to BIM, MEPF, and Structural Design, our booth, number 231, was humming with activity.
We interacted with top suppliers and retailers, taking advantage of the chance to meet decision-makers, learn about market trends, and investigate creative solutions. This rewarding experience strengthened our resolve to provide cutting-edge building solutions even more.
Highlights of NFMT 2024 – Technologies and National Facilities Management
The NFMT provided a top-notch forum for investigating innovative facilities management solutions. Throughout the March 12th–14th event in Baltimore, which included over 300 exhibitors—including us at Booth No. 1142—attendees immersed themselves in progressive goods and services. Gsource Technologies’ staff exhibited proficiency in MEPF, Scan to BIM, Floor Layout, and Remodeling services, all aimed at improving facility management tactics.
Session experts from the industry provided strong leadership to keep attendees ahead in the fast-paced field of facility management. Attendees were informed and motivated by having FacilitiesNet, fnPrime, NFMT, BOM, and FMD under one roof. We were glad to influence the direction of facility management and add to NFMT’s Expo Hall!
NASCC – Takeaways from the Meeting
At the NASCC Steel Conference & Exhibition 2024 in San Antonio, we had our attendees understand how Gsource can help them improve their Shop Drawings, Engineering Drawing Services, Erections, Structural Design, and Snow & Load Calculations, from Booth No. 2024. Professionals from different fields related to the structural steel business were present at the Nucor-hosted event, including structural engineers, steel fabricators, erectors, and detailers.
During the conference, guests learned from multiple networking opportunities, a huge exhibit hall showcasing the newest technology, and educational sessions. We spoke with other industry colleagues and shared ideas at NASCC: The Steel Conference 2024 in San Antonio from March 20th to 22nd.
Reviewing the Western Regional Survey Conference
At the Western Regional Survey Conference, we demonstrated our proficiency in As-Built, Land Development, Alignment Plan, and Civil Engineering services at Booth No. 16. It took place in Las Vegas from March 23rd to 26th, 2024.
In addition to talking about cutting-edge survey technologies like drone surveying and 3D laser scanning, attendees examined subjects like LiDAR vs. Photogrammetry and courtroom communication skills. It was a priceless chance to network with colleagues in the business and interact with the newest surveying trends.
Steel Erectors Association Membership Highlights
From April 2nd to 5th, Gsource Technologies participated in the Steel Erectors Association Membership Expo, organized by SEAA in Arizona, US. We demonstrated our proficiency in structural design, shop drawings, stair/railing erections, and snow and load calculations, at booth no. 31. While SEAA concentrated on safety, education, and supporting industry standards, attendees had access to vital technical information and networking opportunities. Our involvement demonstrated our commitment to innovation in the steel erection sector!
Innovations Displayed at the ISA Sign Expo
Gsource Technologies showcased its services at Booth No. 478 during the ISA International Sign Expo®, which took place in Orlando from April 10th to 12th. We showed proficiency in architectural signage, fabrication & structural design, Brandbook or rebranding, and design for manufacturing. The exhibition offered guests the ability to network with people from across the world and hear from specialists about the newest advancements and products in the business. We’re honored to have contributed to this exciting occasion, reshaping the sign and graphics industry globally.
Summary of the Southern California Facilities Expo 2024
The 37th Southern California Facilities Expo was held in Anaheim, California, on April 17–18, 2024. Gsource Technologies displayed flooring, HVAC, roofing, and software solutions at Booth No. 336. Facilities, maintenance, and energy managers had the opportunity to examine different goods and services, from environmental control to predictive maintenance, on a special platform made available by the Expo. Attendees attended lectures, networked, and found creative solutions for their facilities’ problems. Being a part of this exciting event and advancing facility management through idea-sharing and growth was an honor.
This was about the events Gsource was grateful to attend. These events not only demonstrated the perspectives of people around the world but also helped us understand the industry and its trends in a better way. These events boosted the network that we have currently, opening new opportunities for the business.

- AIA’24 Conference about Architecture and Design in Washington, DC
- Fabtech Canada at the Toronto Congress Center, Toronto
- PCBC 2024, the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, is to be held in Anaheim, California
Later in the year, we have:
- Texas Architects in the first week of October
- Texas Society of Land Surveyors in mid-October
- After this, we have, Fabtech Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida
- Metalcon Atlanta 2024 towards the end of October
- NCSEA Summit, a structural engineering conference in the first week of November
